Megan Schnitker, owner and founder of Lakota Made, a family run company in Mankato, MN, grew up in South Central South Dakota and spent a majority of her life living in South Dakota. Her parents are Charles Wayne and Marla Bull Bear. Her parents have always been a strong foundation for her, providing her with Lakota teachings and traditions growing up. All Lakota Made products are small-batch made in their workshop. They use safe food handling practices, stainless steel equipment, and hold themselves to the highest of standards to keep a clean, sterile environment to produce high quality products.
