Most orders ship within 2 days.

USPS First Class orders can take 3-5 days to ship.

EASY AND FAIR RETURNS! If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within 60 days from the date of purchase. You will be refunded the original purchase total minus a $10 return label fee. We will waive the fee for exchanges. For damaged or defective merchandise, please return within 30 days and you will be issued a full refund. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

I am currently only able to ship to Canada at this time.

To ensure a smooth ordering process on our end, we will perform a thorough quality inspection of the items on your order. We will put extra care into packaging your order so that your order arrives in good condition. We will also make sure your package is insured in case of damage during shipment.

3 important things to note about shipping internationally:

  1. Old Cedar Native Arts is not responsible for duties or taxes that your country’s customs department may collect from you.

  2. We do not have control over situations involving delayed shipments due to your country’s customs procedures.

  3. If you wish to return your order, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please pack your item with the utmost care and attention, preferably in the original packaging. We suggest you contact us for packaging advice. The item must arrive back to us in resalable condition in order to receive a full refund.
